Lori Stroh began her career at MVC Consulting in 1985 as a Computer Based Training course editor. After time spent in recruiting and business development, Lori was promoted to Senior Vice President and COO in 1996, overseeing the day-to-day business activities of MVC. When co-founders Don Cran and Don Mau left the company in 1999, Lori moved into her current role of President and Owner.
She is active in community organizations such as the Women’s Business Enterprise and in her spare time enjoys dance, Jazzercise, traveling, and skiing.
Peter Brooks has over 30 years of extensive experience in corporate strategy, sales and technology. Peter spent many years at CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates) as World-wide Vice President of Sales Strategy for CA Technologies and as Vice President for Consulting Services for the Midwest and Canada. Peter was also the Managing Director and one of the founders of The Consultants Source, providing Infrastructure Assessment services to the mid-market.
Peter has been in management and consulting for over thirty years working for companies such as TRW, the American Bar Association, CompuServe and Digital Equipment Corporation. Peter served as the CIO for HQ, Inc. (later, HQ Global Workplaces) and subsequently was one of the founders and President of Labrynth Technologies, a Chicago based networks and telecommunications firm where he also created the KeepTrack™ Library Management System sold commercially throughout the U.S. He was a partner with Metamor Technologies (later renamed Xpedior, Inc.) where he created and headed up the Healthcare industries practice. From Xpedior, he became Vice President of Consulting Services for Syclo Corporation, leading a group that created customized wireless applications. He then spent some time as Director of Midwest Sales for a subsidiary of Deloitte Consulting, specializing in CRM solutions for the Fortune 500.
Dayton Kishimoto has over 30 years experience in technology, from project development to managing teams and budgets. Dayton Started with MVC as one of their first consultants in 1982, developing programs and systems for many large corporations including Harris Bank, GE Medical, Baxter and G D Searle, working long term for many clients.
Dayton has held the Associate Director position at G D Searle, gaining experience in managing teams and Project Management. When Searle was acquired, Dayton moved on to Household International as a Senior Manager, requiring him to run many projects in the mortgage service division and manage large teams including on-shore and off-shore consultants. At MVC, Dayton leverages his experience gained working in consulting and in corporate roles within large organizations hiring consultants and working at diverse firms. Dayton brings a knowledge of what it takes to build a good team and motivate employees and consultants to deliver in any environment to MVC.
